Terms of use

Pulse · Last updated 12 October 2026 · These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

The service

Pulse reads business cards from photos and keeps them as contacts on your phone, with optional sync between your own phones, a digital card, lead capture at a stall and Pulse Brief. Reading is done by an AI model: check what it read before you rely on it. The service is provided as it is, and features may change.

Your account

Reading cards needs a Google sign-in. Keep your account to yourself. You can delete it at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page.

Plans and fair use

Each account gets 20 cards a month free. Paid plans, card packs and the Exhibition pass are bought and billed through Google Play, under Google Play's terms, including its refund rules. Unlimited is subject to fair use (shown in the app). Daily limits apply to every account to stop abuse. Discount codes work once per account, until they expire or run out.

What you may not do

Your data

Your contacts are yours. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost contacts on a phone that was not backed up or synced. Export your contacts regularly; it is always free.
